Biography
As Vice President of Enrollment Management at ³Ô¹ÏÍø, Mr. Grundig leads the Office of Enrollment Management, which is focused on admissions, outreach, and web services. Responsible for developing and implementing recruitment and financial aid strategies, he has overseen the enrollment of several of the largest and most academically robust classes in the institution's history.
During his tenure at Coe College as Vice President for Admission and Financial Aid and earlier as Dean of Admission, he also orchestrated the enrollment of the largest and brightest class in Coe's history, implementing predictive modeling tools and diversity-focused scholarship programs.
At Jacksonville University, he served as Executive Director of Admissions and Student Development, significantly increasing first-year enrollment while enhancing academic standards and alumni engagement.
With a career dedicated to driving enrollment success through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making, Mr. Grundig continues to shape the landscape of higher education enrollment management.
