Victoria Lew, Ph.D.
MSIO Director
Assistant Professor of Psychology
I believe that education is, as Nelson Mandela once said, "the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world," and that I, as an instructor, have a responsibility to each and every one of my students to provide the best learning experience possible so that they will be prepared and ready when they go out into the real world.
Biography
I am the Director of our Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology program and an assistant professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at ³Ô¹ÏÍø. I earned my B.S. in Psychology from ³Ô¹ÏÍø and both my M.S. and Ph.D. in Human Factors and Behavioral Neurobiology from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
I strive to make a long-lasting and significant impact by examining and advancing the science and practice of Industrial/Organizational and Human Factors Psychology. My research interests are varied and focus on topics such as human performance, teamwork, team training, motivation, engaged learning tools, idea generation, system safety, etc.
I love FSC and am so glad to be back to teach the new generation of FSC students. Once a Moc, forever a Moc!
